As a competition entry for the LIV Design Challenge 2022, partnering with Michelle Ye, Zen is a casual meeting space designed to ease the transition from home to office as society adapts post-COVID. Rooted in the concept of tranquility, Zen draws from East Asian influences to create a balanced environment of relaxation and productivity.

Natural materials like bamboo are used to bring calm into the space while soft lines and built-in seating unify the room’s flow. The space serves a dual purpose functioning as a meeting room by day with integrated tech and storage and transforming into a meditation lounge after hours.
